Austin Boon created Transformed Counseling to help people achieve healthy and satisfying relationships. He specializes in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them anxiety and stress. He strives to help individuals, couples and families heal and grow through building authentic, compassionate relationships with his clients.
In his free time, Austin loves chasing around his son, Leo, and traveling with his wife, Lisa. A healthy lifestyle is very important to Austin, and he tries to accomplish that by eating well and maintaining his physical fitness. He is an active member at Northside Christian Church, where he volunteers with teaching children K-6.
Prior to 2012, Austin provided counseling services at the Betty and Bobby Allison Ozarks Counseling Center, then at the Robert J. Murney Clinic at Forest Institute. He also has several years of experience as an academic advisor at Missouri State University, where he teaches several undergraduate courses as per course faculty. Austin received a BA in Psychology from Anderson University in Indiana in 2011, and an MS in Clinical Psychology from MSU in 2013.
