After 18+ years experience as a personal and commercial insurance advisor in Springfield, Cary Prater transitioned to his chosen profession as a Realtor. Learning the trade with Keller Williams, Cary has also spent time with the Rob & Stacy Team at eXp Realty, and has now taken his “very passionate and devoted work ethic, unmistakable professionalism, abundance of experience, and customer service second to none” career over to RPM Momentum, where he continues to practice residential real estate, while also working with local property managers.
Cary has been very active with the American Cancer Society as a volunteer for the Cattle Baron’s Ball as a committee chairperson, and is active with the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. As a long-term member of the Business Power Network, Cary has served as Chapter President, Vice President, Visitor Host, Membership Committee member, and Mentor.
In real estate, Cary was awarded the 2014 Greater Springfield Board of Realtors Rookie Of The Year, and Rookie Of The Year and Top Individual for 2014 for Keller Williams of Greater Springfield.
