Michele Hall is the General Manager of RCH Professional Cleaning in Springfield, Mo. RCH provides cleaning services for both residential and commercial customers. We have been in this business since 2009 and we strive to make sure that every customer feels important and that we meet their needs whatever they may be.
Michele was born in Springfield but raised in Strafford, MO. She spent most of her time living with her grandparents Clyde and Virginia Haynes. Her grandfather was a big influence, teaching her the meaning of hard work, but also to be yourself, and be a little goofy at times, because what is life without a little laughter and goofiness in it.
Michele is married to her husband Chris, and has two sons, Christopher and Brayden. She has held many different jobs, ranging from bookkeeping, to car rental, gas station manager, even customer service manager at Walmart. She has spent a lot of time taking care of her husband since his stroke in 2020, but has always managed to still make time for her job and herself in this crazy life.
Michele says that life always has a way of setting people back, so she has learned that when life gives you lemons you make kool-aid because that is so much better than lemonade!
