Sam Andrus is passionate about empowering small businesses to overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth. With a background in business consulting, entrepreneurship, and leadership, he has been helping businesses improve their financial, operational, and strategic outcomes for years.
Sam was born and raised in a small town in Northern Minnesota. After serving six years in the U.S. Air Force as a fuels specialist, preventative maintenance mechanic, and facilities manager, he pursued higher education, earning a degree in Enterprise Leadership and an Executive MBA from the University of Iowa.
Sam is an avid problem-solver and enjoys woodworking, construction projects, and playing golf when time allows. He is also deeply committed to supporting veterans, small business owners, and local communities.
Through his work at GTI Consulting LLC, Sam focuses on guiding businesses through operational improvements and strategic growth, helping leaders focus on what they do best.
